Are you longing for more harmony? more choices? more satisfaction? Do you wish you were granted some golden receipt for happiness?
Stick to your longing and give up wishing. Longing is a field of opportunity, wishing is regret. Let's meet in the field of longing and search for the authentic needs that lie at its roots. Let's re-remember our mother tongue, the language of self-compassion, self-empathy and unconditional love. Let's check how we can develop strategies that will protect us from self-hatred, self-criticism and self-violence.
This workshop might be for you if you:
- suspect that not only spectacular revolutions can improve the quality of your life
- experience shame and guilt about the way you treat yourself
- want to ensure you are good enough the way you are
- long for the moments of intimate contact with yourself but don't have idea show to practice it.
